Purchasing
Linnea Gallery offers artworks for sale through our online gallery, which is updated with new items regularly. Our goal is to offer pieces in the best possible original condition; however, as the items are vintage, some signs of wear may be present. You are always welcome to request a condition report and additional detailed photographs.

Payment
When purchasing online from Linnea Gallery, payment can be made via wire transfer, by debit or credit card.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping and coordinate packing and transport through professional shipping companies. All prices listed on our website exclude shipping costs. Please request shipping quotes for individual items. We work with multiple shipping providers to ensure the safest and most cost-effective options. For more information, please contact the gallery.

Terms & Conditions
1. The Contract
The Buyer enters into a contract with Linnea Gallery- FZCO, a company incorporated in United Arab Emirates with its registered office located at DSO- IFZA, IFZA Proporties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.
The agreement between Linnea Gallery FZCO and the Buyer concerning the sale and purchase of the artworks specified on the invoice (hereinafter referred to as the “Artwork”) shall be governed by these terms and conditions of sale.
2. Payment
The purchase price, referred to on the invoice as Total Due (hereinafter the “Price”), must be paid within ten working days from the date of receipt of the invoice, using the bank details provided under Payment Details.
3. Condition
The Buyer agrees to purchase the Artwork in its existing condition.
Unless otherwise specified, rewiring of lighting pieces is not included in the Price.
Any restoration and/or modification of the Artwork is also excluded, unless explicitly stated on the invoice.
4. Risk of Loss and Buyer’s Obligations
The Price of the Artwork does not include shipping costs.
The risk of loss or damage to the Artwork transfers to the Buyer upon its release to the Buyer or to the carrier appointed for shipment.
Unless otherwise specified, all shipping arrangements exclude any applicable duties or taxes, which shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
5. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership and possession of the Artwork shall not transfer to the Buyer until Linnea Gallery FZCO has received the full Price in cleared funds.
6. Breach of Contract by the Buyer
If the full Price stated on the invoice is not received by Linnea Gallery FZCO within ten working days from the Buyer’s receiving the invoice, Linnea Gallery FZCO reserves the right to cancel the sale of the Artwork to the Buyer and make it available to other clients.
7. Liability
Any claim made against Linnea Gallery FZCO regarding the condition of the Artwork must be submitted within five (5) days of the Buyer receiving the Artwork. Linnea Gallery FZCO will not accept any claims after this period has expired.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to conduct a thorough condition check within 48 hours of receipt and to report any issues in writing to Linnea Gallery FZCO. The unpacking process must be fully documented with photographs.
8. Returns
Linnea Gallery FZCO does not accept returns for items that have been viewed in person at one of the art fairs. Returns are also not accepted for any items specifically sourced on behalf of the client.
Consumers located within the GCC and Europe may request to return the Artworks within fourteen (14) working days of receiving them. Once the return is accepted, Linnea Gallery FZCO must receive the returned goods within 14 days of the return being accepted. . All return shipping costs are to be covered by the Buyer.
